Maritime Tce – large 2 storey brick and alfresco addition
The clients approached LRC about extending their home to create an upstairs Master bedroom with a study retreat, walk in robe and ensuite along with a balcony to catch the breathtaking ocean views. We sat down over 2-3months and started the design work that tied into the existing home. The result was a large games room off the side of the house with its own small kitchen and bathroom. This room opened onto the pool surrounded by back lighting and large feature pots with water flowing through them. The clients loved the area and did not want to move which is the only reason that one would go to such great lengths to achieve what we did.
