LRC was involved with the full design and erecting of this single storey semi rural house and large workshop to the rear of the acre property. Having no sewerage connected we opted for the very ecco friendly worm farm treatment sewerage unit.
The house sits across the block giving the grand view from the street. The home does not appear to be large but on entering and walking through it is very spacious. There is a very large meals/family area, cinema room, study, 4 bedrooms and double garage with the rear of the house opening onto a large patio area. The house alone is 273 sqm (without the garage), but every Man’s dream is the 205sqm shed at the rear of the acre lot which has its own bathroom, 60sqm mezzanine floor, 2 large roller doors and a service door.
