Wanneroo Rd – large new commercial warehouse
We were asked by our client to provide an appropriate showroom/chemical stores warehouse with sunken safety ponds and an undercover semi trailer loading bay. They were also wanting a large workshop facility with an adjoining loading and unloading ramp. The roof area alone is 6,800 sq metres in total.
The challenge with this development was not just the size of the development but also the onsite sewerage treatment and booster pumps for fire service including 2 x 300,000 litre water storage tanks to feed the pumps. Since there was no scheme water we had to install a bore to service house water as well as reticulation.
